  • Avoid keeping your login details, bank card pin numbers on paper
  • Never give your login details to a third party; your login details are strictly personal
  • Regularly update your operating system and applications making sure you are connected to the publisher’s site
  • Install protection software on your computer / phone / tablet, keeping it regularly updated
  • Exercise caution before opening attachments or clicking on a link in your emails
  • Never connect to online Banque Delubac & Cie or shopping sites from a link contained in an email
  • Monitor your accounts. If you have any concerns or if you notice any abnormal transactions, contact your account manager immediately
  • Protect your data, paying particular attention to the storage and transmission of your personal / bank data
