Bruno Delpeut launches ANSERIS
Bruno Delpeut launches ANSERIS, a new Group concept bringing together its capital independent wealth management consulting firms.
- The mission of ANSERIS is to support wealth management advisers spread across France to enable them to maintain their independence and anticipate market developments.
- The wealth management consultancy firms that will join the group will not become members but partners of ANSERIS, by having a capital stake in the holding company, becoming a supporting holder of the brand. This will allow them to take an active part in the decisions of the company and to vote the main strategic guidelines of the group. All of the aforementioned while retaining their independence and remaining owners of their client base.
- The ANSERIS offer is particularly aimed at firms with 1 to 5 advisers, which represent 88% of the market and for which the changing environment constitutes a real challenge.
“All the studies tend towards the same analysis: consolidations are inevitable. Market changes are forcing medium-sized firms to consider new positioning. The objective is to allow isolated or intermediate-sized CGPs to become partners in a group to meet regulatory constraints and the requirements of their development, like large law firms and accountants. Eventually, ANSERIS aims to become the standard setters in the wealth management market,” Bruno Delpeut explains.
Six firms have already joined the group as partners. To date, they represent 550 million in assets under advice and more than 300 property sales. “About twenty firms should join the network quickly. The objective, in the long term, is to become a world leader, with a dense territorial network, and between 100 and 150 partners”, Bruno Delpeut estimates.
In addition, two big names in institutional management, including Banque Delubac & Cie, decided to support ANSERIS right from the time of its launch.
