Notre groupe attache une très grande importance à l’évolution de nos collaborateurs à travers un plan de formation conséquent mais aussi avec une politique d’évolution de carrière favorisant l’évolution en interne.

Nous proposons dès qu’une nouvelle offre se présente une bourse à l’emploi qui permet à chaque collaborateur de postuler à l’offre et ainsi, si le profil correspond, d'évoluer sur un nouveau poste dans un service similaire ou dans un autre département.

De plus, à travers notre plan de formation nous pouvons proposer une évolution en interne si la formation et les compétences du collaborateur correspondent à une offre d’emploi.

Our remuneration policy

The remuneration policy for our employees is based on individual performance, risk management and overall performance. It is important for us to set up an attractive and development-orientated remuneration system while being vigilant in taking risks into account.

In accordance with the regulations, we have implemented a remuneration policy within the meaning of Article L 511-71 of the Monetary and Financial Code for our regulated population. The variable remuneration components are based on the institution's overall performance and on individual performance while controlling risks. In addition, we have profit-sharing and incentive agreements. We also have interesting advantages such as health and provident insurance cover, a remunerative employee savings system: contribution to PERCOL, time savings account, PEE , etc.

Our remuneration policy aims to rightly reward the performance of our employees with a fair redistribution of the value created to encourage development.

Work/Study programme

Banque Delubac & Cie has been welcoming work-study students to its teams for many years.

This training, which lasts from one to two years, is accompanied by a real follow-up in order to make these students the employees of tomorrow. Through our Human Resources policy rich in values, we put reception and training at the heart of our strategy.

From BTS to Master 2 and License degrees, we offer various work-study programmes in areas such as: Finance, Asset Management, Risk Management, Legal or middle/back office professions.
